To Lam was born on October 22, 1940 in Saigon, Vietnam. He passed away peacefully at home on March 3, 2024, at the age of 83, surrounded by his loving family. He will leave behind his wife, three children and seven grandchildren. He will be missed, forever loved, and remembered.

Please join us in remembering To as we lay him to rest at Mt. Olivet Cemetery (100 Blaine Ave NE Renton, Washington) on March 17, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Floral arrangements can be delivered to the Cemetery at 10 AM on the same date.
