Freddie Sr. is survived by his wife of 53 years (Gloria), three sons (eldest to youngest - Fred Jr, Melvin, and Joseph), and a host of siblings, grandchildren, and cousins. He rests as a born again christain with his sons Robert and Jerrick.
Freddie was born on January 21st 1940 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He married Gloria in 1967, the same year the first of five sons was born. The majority of his career was as a sandblaster supervisor and certified heavy equipment operator at the shipyard. Freddie and Gloria would go on to raise a total of four children in Washington State.
Grandpa is remembered as being happiest when fellowshipping with family. Putting a pole in the water, bingo, and card games were among his favorite activities. Freddie was a social butterfly throughout life, an avid fan of BBQ food, and an unrelenting spades partner. Grandpa enjoyed watching sports (Seahawks, Mariners, and the horse races), listening to BB King, and most of all - spending time with his grandchildren. He is loved, missed, and will be remembered by his family and friends.
