Seda S Don

Beloved Seda Don passed with peace and grace on April 9, with her family at her side. Predeceased by her husband Michael in 1995. Survived by daughters Valentina, her husband Andrew of New York City and Elena, husband Mark of Renton; brother: Vladimir; grandchildren: Andrew, Gordei, Makar, Mitchel, Max, Anthony.

Seda was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, attended the Medical School of Baku in 1944 and moved to Moscow as a young woman to continue her career as a pediatrician. After marrying Michael, Seda had two daughters; Valentina and Elena. Seda moved to the United States, first New York, then Seattle where she lived amongst family. Seda was a unique woman who loved her profession, had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, enjoyed traveling and vacationing, and was a dedicated and amazing grandmother.

A service will be held at Mt Olivet, 100 Blaine Ave NE, Renton, WA 98056 on April 15 at 12 pm, followed by a burial service at Mt Olivet Cemetery. Flowers are welcome.
She will be always remembered as a loving mother and grandmother who inspired and bettered the lives of others.
