The historic Mt. Olivet Cemetery is located in Renton, Washington. It is home to the graves of many early Renton settlers. Houser, Dobson, Wood, Custer, Shearer, and McKnight are a few of the common names. Our cemetery is still active and is currently accepting burials. We've grown from a community cemetery to one that meets modern needs while also retaining our historic core and character. We have sections in our cemetery with citizens from all over the world including Chinese, Vietnamese, European, Hispanic, Native American, African American, Pacific Islands, Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia, with appropriate monuments and memorials honoring these citizens.
